$1 on your birthday tickets are ONLY valid for redemption on the date of your ACTUAL birthday. Valid proof of your birth date and ID, along with your birthday ticket, will be requested when you visit.
To redeem your special birthday ticket, please complete the following form and don’t forget to purchase any additional tickets for the friends and family joining you on your special day.
Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo accepts cash at a number of outlets in its Visitor Welcome Plaza, including Ticketing, Café Wild and Zoo Shop. Elsewhere in the Zoo, payment can be made via card only.

For Dubbo local residents, discounted tickets and annual passes are available for purchase from the Ticketing Desk at Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
